I have been in customer service positions for 35 years. It is very hard to find good customer service ANYWHERE anymore. That would not be the case here. Both girls asked to help us and were very attentive and helpful. Great experience!! Thanks ladies

Great dealership, check with Eddie if you’re looking for a new bike. Finance cat was a bit odd, maybe had hemorrhoids. Parts guys are stellar and even the ladies in apparel are outstanding.
A very nice big dealership! That had a lot of selection of bikes, parts, accessories, and tons of clothes for men and women!!! Lots of choices for clothing accessories wallets, chains! It's just unreal! Descent priced and all their shirts had kick ass designs especially there designs with their name on the back of it! Very impressed!!! Will be back for sure
If you need anything for your bike or a new bike, St Charles HD is the best place to go to. The husband and I just purchased a new bike and it was a simple transaction. Our friends from Germany rented a bike in June and that too was an easy and stress less process. The apparel department is always helpful and knowledgeable.
