We've been using this Meineke for our basic car needs for a few years now. We're always happy with the work that they do, and the customer service is great! They always go above and beyond. A few months back, I came in for an oil change and to check out prices for new tires. They were able to get the new tires in within 45 minutes and get them on the car that same day so I didn't have to make a return trip. The guys in the shop are always courteous and friendly and take the time to explain what's going on before they make a fix. Highly recommend!

I live in Affton so it has to say a lot to have my car towed form here to St. Charles when I need work done. I only trust you with all of my exhaust needs. I can trust that you're not just trying to sell me stuff I don't need. My exhaust split right at the catalytic converter instead of telling me to replace the whole thing like most shops would have, you welded in a new section of tubing and saved me a lot of money. I appreciate each and everyone of you there, thank you! One thing though, please update your hours on your website to reflect the hours you are actually open. I stopped by Sunday even though it said you are open on your website and people are there, it clearly states you are closed on your door.

However when I arrived to pick up the car it turns out it only needed a muffler and new windshield wipers to pass inspection. I am very pissed about this considering I was told it needed so much more to pass and even paid them to fix one of the false items.
I had to call because they lost my number in the computer I understand. But proceeded to tell me the car needed 900 worth of work to pass inspection. Im a handy person so I had them do one of the hard jobs to save me time.
I bought a cheap car and needed the safety and emission done on it. Took it to meineke because the person I purchased from recommended them and it was latterly in view from the purchase sight.
Dave was great. Not only did they get my car right in but the price was what he quoted me. Not a penny more! The customer service was SUPER! I will be back when my little car needs attention in the future. Thank you so VERY MUCH!
I brought my car here for an exhaust issue after another local car repair shop wanted me to buy a completely new exhaust kit when my car was on their rack. I drove over to Meineke, they added a part, made a weld and saved me hundreds. The fix still holds after over 6 months of driving
