It is hard to find honest people in the world now days. The men here wont screw you over for your money, I always had a problem at other car shops where they would "fix" things without me knowing first then id be charged hundreds of dollars. A1 will let you know what needs to be done before working on it and of course with your say so. Sometimes I dont always have the money to fix something right away and they understand that. These are my people and I wont go anywhere else.
Not very thrilled with their customer service, but have no choice in taking my vehicle there as this is a "dealer repair" took my car there a month ago for the "emissions" after pulling off the check engine light came on. They said "it was nothing" and due to the codes coming up the car would be driving funny. What they actually done was just reset the codes, low and behold a few weeks later the light came back on and in taking it somewhere else it was discovered the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. Due to the dealer offering to fix the issue the repair I must go through them. I don't trust that whatever the fix is the actual issue as when the light originally came old I was told it was "nothing" when it WAS. After calling today I was told, they have no idea when the part will be in to fix my car they are at the mercy of the company due to them having to build it, this has been a total nightmare with both them and the dealership in which I purchased the car from.....
I have always been weary about car repair shops, but it's nice to find a place I can trust. They will cover your towing expense if they do service on their car. They also shown they are completely trustworthy and will only do what's necessary on the car.
All of their repairs were fast and reasonably priced. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation, but never did. I will continue to go to this place any time I have car issues.
