Well, I did it. Just bought my first motorcycle, a Kawasaki Ninja 650. I couldn't be happier that I went to Big Saint Charles Motorsports. The staff was very friendly and my salesman, Mike, was all over it. He was very knowledgable about the bikes and walked me through to my final decision. There was no pressure, only pleasure in my first motorcycle purchase. I would totally recommend Mike Kentch and the Big Saint Charles team if your looking to get a bike. Do not buy from here. We ordered a jet ski a week ago,we were told for them to get it we had to do a 500 dollar deposit when we showed up to pick it up Stewart one of the store managers wasn't sure if we had done the deposit or not it was not optional so of course we had done the deposit. He and a sales associate named Danny were the ones who took it last week.we were then informed that the jet ski was not ready it was still in a crate and they would call us later and let us know when it was ready we called today because we had not received a call so we talked to Danny he also didn't know we had done a 500 dollar deposit and hes the one who took it and drew up the paperwork for it on top of this the jet ski was still not ready and the starter kit we ordered was not in the store he had 8 days now to have both the jet ski ready and the starter kit, after my dad heard this he said he wants his 500 dollars back and Danny hung up the phone. advise to whoever is in charge here above Stewart fire Danny you can not hang up on customers and send Stewart to get reeducated in management school. you can not tell a customer you have to do 500 deposit then forget you have 500 dollars of there money also they deposit was spouse to guarantee they had it ready when we came in a week to get it.
My husband loves motorcycles. He has purchased from BIG St Charles Motorsports in the past and recently over the past several months has been there several times looking for just the right motorcycle and the best deal. He had just about given up when he struck gold when he wound up talking to a salesman named Tyler. Tyler went out of his way to acquire the facts my husband desired and he went to bat with the manager and ‘finance guy’ to get my husband a deal that he is overjoyed with. A little common courtesy and good salesmanship goes a long way. Thank you Tyler! My husband’s happy and that makes me happy. You’ll hear from us and our friends again.
Excellent selection! I just purchased my first bike from Brad Conley he was fantastic and patient he did a great job in helping me find the right bike for my riding and my budget! but all sales associates were very helpful and very knowledgeable on all the different products, also the financing department was quick and efficient he made sure I feel comfortable and understood everything before finalizing everything! Special shout out to Tyler who sold my brother a bike couple weeks before!
Great experience. I negotiated a price for a new Honda and a price for my trade, mostly by texts with a salesman. Drove in from out of town on a Saturday and fully expected to be hit by extra fees or them saying that my trade was going to be less, but had no problems whatsoever. Unloaded my old bike, loaded my new one, paid for it and left, all in just over an hour. Have 700 miles on my new bike and love it.
