They allowed, (even encouraged) us to take the car to the actual car maker's dealership for a complete diagnostic (New Car Check Out) to aid us in making the best decision for our family.
I would highly recommend STL Auto Club (St. Charles) to future buyers, and have already done so to a few of my son's friends parents whom are also in the market to purchase their children's first vehicles.

When we lived in STL this was the place to go to if you wanted to be lied to, cursed out by trash, and have a vehicle with no emissions passed. Please save your self the head ache. Don't do business with them.

Thank you so much Robby, Tyler and their mechanic ( I'm sorry I didn't catch his name!! ) for all of your help with the purchase of my sons car. My 18 year old son and I came in last week to purchase a 92 Ford Focus with his own hard earned money. We came back yesterday after having trouble figuring out what was wrong with the AC. All the guys there took time out of their day to helps us out and work on the car until it was fixed. I'm so appreciative of all of their patience and kindness and look forward to working with them in the future if I ever need anything.
The five star reviews are done by their relatives and friends. LOOK THEM UP on BBB, Yellow pages, ECT all bad reviews! They even shut their Facebook page down.
I live on Madison Street and unfortunately these are our neighbors. They like to use our residential street to test drive cars at rates sometimes exceeding 60 mph. Two days ago a motorcycle was racing a car with the car driving backwards going at least 50 mph. BACKWARDS! I have tried to stop them, but they just keep driving and ignore me. I have called them twice to plead with them to please stop, but am met with smug and rude responses and denial that it is them. They clearly have dealer tags and pull in and out of their parking lot. They have zero regard for their neighbors and the children that play outside every day. Something must be done or a child is going to be hurt.
Add to this, the benefit of having their own in-house mechanic whom provides excellent workmanship on vehicles purchased from them at a fraction of the cost of their competitors; which came in handy to fix the few issues that were identified by the dealer.
Tyler and Rob (Korn) went out of their way to ensure we were pleased with the purchase of our son's very first car! Their attitudes, genuine warm personalities, and complete transparency about the car sold us on choosing STL Auto Club over other options (both private sellers and comparable dealerships).
