They are fast and easy. Picking up the customer was easy. I've used them a few times over the years.
Great service. Car was ready when I arrived for my trip. The staff was very friendly and ready to serve me with exceptional customer service. I would recommend that all cars are full when you pick up as I had to fill the car before leaving town, but that is just a personal thing. The car was spotless and no smell of smokers. Thanks again for the great service.
me, unlike any other shopping process because now I knew so much more about the importance of safety features. It took me a long time to commit to a car because of my own fears and trauma, but Aaron and the rest of the Enterprise team were patient, caring, and helpful despite my nervousness. My next car purchase will most likely be for my teenage son so I may not use Enterprise for that--teens need safe but not practically brand new like the cars Enterprise sells--but I will use them the next time I need a vehicle for myself.
We had a great experience buying a car here. We worked with Ashley C and she was really helpful, friendly and responsive. I felt like we could talk honestly with her about the pros and cons of each car she showed us without her being pushy or trying to aggressively sell us on anything. And the whole company was transparent about their pricing and had a good selection. So it was a far cry from some of the more typical "used car salesman" places I have been in the past.
