Called about a simple question I had with my recently purchased 2015 f150. Put on hold for over 7 minutes to come back and say all the service advisors were busy. Left name and phone number and was told they would call back.. never got that call back. I called again a few days later... same story. Put on hold for an extended amount of time only to come back and say all service advises are busy and asked for my name and number and said they would call back... Not playing this game anymore. Decided to come here to let all you nice people know.
Contacted the sales department asking financing questions to replace my '97 originally purchased at pundmann, couldn't get a person or a call back. Still have the VIP loyalty card from the '97 purchase. Ended up buying from Behlmann. Such good service, I was given the cell of Jeff Behlmann.
