Not a full star a half star these ppl been giving me the run around for weeks I have a list of problems with the vehicle nothing is covered under the warranty it's always we'll call you back and nobody calls back full of lies if you can't take care of your customers expecially veterans then don't expect them to take care of you they need to be put out of business. The sales man Kirk is the best and only thing they got going he helps and isn't rude like all the rest
Had nothing but problems from my vehicle breaking down on me the day I got it to having a scheduled lol change. I sat for 2 hrs. Went to see what was taking so long and the mechanic had no idea I was even there. Had to come back a different day. The manager is very rude and they will not work with you on a date to change your mileage contract. I was told if l could come buy the vehicle on a week day I should be able to make it up during business hrs the renegotiate. That's bs. Maybe I had some changes with my job. Thanks for your help hahaha
I would never ever recommend these people at all don't look at those 5 star Bs reviews probably some ppl they paid to our those comments up there. They are over priced for people that have money. The charges for miles are way to much it's like they expect u to just go to work and go home nothing else like you not suppose to have a life and u sitting up here paying all this money on the car just to go home and go to work hell naw. I'm paying almost 40k for a car that's not even close this has to be no more then a 10k car. Even today when I paid my car note I told the guy said my miles where high I said yes that cause I'm not the only one being transported in the car well I get a call back from some body giving me this whole spill about how I'm the only one suppose to be driving the car I'm like why the f would you go back and tell someone that and you are just suppose to be getting info for my car note like the man was trying to snitch or something. When I first pulled off in the car it seemed ok but then all of a sudden I needed a wheel alignment, the left back tired on my car messed up, then I had to turn around and get two new back tires and then the battery went out but the mechanic Tony gave me a deal on it and I think that's the only thing I can say that was good about it Tony the mechanic was really nice everything else u can keep it I can't wait to give them they damn car back very discussed and unsatisfied!!!!!!!!!!
