The staff are friendly and helpful. They are very tentative to the customer.
They were my cat's vets through her life. She was a very active healthy cat, and they helped make sure she stayed that way. When she got older, she was taking medicine every day. Finally, one morning, I showed up crying. She couldn't walk or lift her head. They tried for 3 days to save her. Finally, they put her down, with us petting her and holding her paw. They even sent us a "sorry for your loss" card. I would wholeheartedly recommend any vet here for your pet at any stage of their life.
My parents always took our animals here growing up. They treated my cat for 18 years and were so caring and helpful when she had to be put down. Now they treat my 3 cats and they are so understanding and kind! Love it here!
