I just rented my first storage unit at Public Storage and was really impressed with the service I received. Gabby was such a nice person to work with! She was very knowledgeable on the facility and had an answer for every question posed. The facility itself is in a great location for me and is clean and well maintained. I started renting from Public Storage in April 2017 and after just 6 months, they raised my monthly rate by $48 per month! I guess they hoped I would not want to deal with moving and would just accept the price increase. I refuse to do business with companies who treat their customers like this so I moved to a new facility. BEWARE!!!
