One of the contributing factors to me going to look at Ample Storage was that they allow 24/7 access to your storage unit. (Not common with most of the storage companies in the area!)
After searching the internet for storage facilities in St. Charles County, I happened upon Ample Storage's website. I was able to reserve storage space online and was contacted the next day by management.
I will miss my storage unit at Ample Storage in St. Charles. It was nice feeling during my trips to my unit. It was like I owned my own garage in a nice, clean and secure facility. I appreciated the like new property, the gated security and the 24 hour access.Scott and his family do an excellent job of keeping the property clean and organized. I highly recommend them and would certainly use them again.
Ample Storage is an A+ Storage facility...one of the cleanest and we'll kept storage facilities in the area in my opinion! Scott the owner goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs ...we rented there last minute late afternoon on a Sunday when the floods happened in December and we needed to move stuff out quickly and we're leaving for vacation. We used the 24 kiosk and needed access to the hallway. One call to Scott, even on a Sunday and he walked me through the process over the phone and even offered to allow me to park my cargo trailer on the lot with our belongings that wouldn't fit in the unit while we were out of town....you just don't get that kind of customer service from any other storage facility! For the money. . Without question Ample Storage is the best in the business
