I'm using a false name due to privacy reasons! However, if you are considering renting and buying here, DONT!!!! Check CaseNet first! You will see how many times these landlords sue you for various reasons! Chase you out of a home you've had your whole life or more and try to take it away from you. Even if you purchased your own home and moved it in here to live, they will repossess your home just because they dont like you! This place is run like a Nazi Concentration Camp, yes I'm serious. We are constantly doing something wrong...leaving a broom on your porch is unacceptable. You can't set your shoes out if they get wet, you can't move furniture out to the curb if it isn't trash day etc. I could go on forever. The current manager, Mary, is like Hitler! She will walk onto your property daily to write complaints about your yard, which is against the law, she will touch your property, yell at you in the morning as your leaving for work. If you park crooked by accident in your driveway, expect a visit from her! I can't say enough things about this place. She's chasing everyone out of here and if they can't move out themselves, they get sued and have their property repossessed! Dont move in here! You will hate it!!!!!

This place isn't the cleanest place, but they are very nice and the lady who runs the place keeps everyone in place. Very very pleased with everything here :3

Impossible to get a hold of the Sales office, the homes they sell are way to overpriced for what they are.. misleading about there information on the MH... and the Owner of the Park is very rude does not surprise me she is harassing all of the residents.
