The Contract and Management are unprofessional and divert all responsibilities on to the home owner , harass Thier residents and constantly threaten to evict them instead of coming up with a compromise and all Thier trailer home refurbished with new stuff over old stuff , the cheapest they can find for parts and repairs and pay non professional and non licensed helpers to make repairs , only thing this establishment has going for it is , it's quite and not find with a bunch of druggies and crime other than that it's horrible with the way it's managed , because the tenants and home owners are treated disrespectfully
