This place is fantastic!! Eric is amazing....he knows just about every person by name and has an awesome personality. Food was excellent as always. Highly recommended!!!!
Service was horribly slow at 1am where the place was not even busy. We sat for 20 minutes before our order was taken and one of our drinks went empty for 24 minutes! I was with 3 others who wouldn't let me just get up and leave! The place was dirty with a lot of dirty tables and the one waitress just standing around when she was not crawling along heading to a table. One time she passed by us telling someone that she needed to go to the restroom. The food was good but not worth this experience. This will make me seriously think a few times before going to Dennys again!
One waitress on the floor and one that kept complaining that she was supposed to be off already. No clean tables even though the manager was standing at the front counter. Out of strawberries and avocado. Waitress was very nice and attentive.
Waited 10 minutes him to come and do or drink order. Waited another 10 minutes before they came to take our actual food order. Took over 20 minutes to be served our food when people who came in after us we're getting their food. My brother ordered a Philly cheese steak melt and it came without any cheese. And my food was all cold. Then they lost our bill. To say the least when we got done with the manager our meal was free and our next meal will be free Pearl Rich the manager. But the bathrooms were dirty and the waitress was more interested in talking to anyone and everyone other than taking care of the actual customers.
This review is based solely on your management not your staff your staff was great my hostess and server Erica was amazing your Cooks were phenomenal my food was delicious, but your manager on duty was completely out of line not only did he a Make threat that if he had a concealed carry he would shoot people in the restaurant, he was being completely out of line with the servers for no reason at all. I sat at the front counter right in front of everything order takeout and watch them in the middle of the rush now I know how a Rush goes, it's not easy in the restaurant industry I've worked it but to say things like that in front of your paying patrons and the talk to you servers and talk down to them like that on a cook line is absolutely unacceptable solely on the fact that you're talking to other humans and you're not talking to people like dogs which he did. Denny's corporate has to come in and fix that because that's not acceptable.
