I used to like this place, but they shrunk my sweaters the last time I went. Not going back
I have had consistently good service here. I have been a faithful customer for over two years now. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
They stretched a sweater three times it's normal size - and he looked at me and said "guess it's time to pitch this sweater." The arms went down to my knees - the neck was around my shoulders - and he wanted me to believe that they didn't cause it. I wasn't even looking for anything - just wanted them to admit the horrible damage done to the sweater. And figure out what went wrong. But - he was not accepting any responsibility. They ended up not charging for the order I picked up - which - they shouldn't have anyway - because when I got home - and looked at the order - there were still stains in most of the shirts and one shirt I won't be able to wear again because they lost the ties to the arms. He also doesn't write down your items - or count them - so - if I didn't recall that I was missing a skirt - I never would have got it back. I bring in a lot at a time. Wow - obviously not going back.
