Very rude/bad customer service..called in to get a price quote on a cut and nail trim..the woman i spoke with was very rude and actually told me to call back when i was figured out what i wanted in a rude manner..i wont be calling back..plenty of groomers in st cahlres..ill find a more professional business..ty
We've taken our dogs to the Barker Shop for years and love them, and it's so obvious that they love our dogs. Our daughter and son-in-law now take their dogs there. They take good care of our dogs and they look and smell great when we pick them up. HIGHLY recommend. Great small business.
I have been taking my dog to The Barker Shop for a few years now, since I first got him as a puppy. They have always treated Doogie and me to top flight customer service and with great respect. They do a superb job at an even better price. I wouldn't take my boy anywhere else in STC!
