Baue Funeral Home in general was great, but the associate Alexis was I hate to say was terrible. She dropped the ball in many ways. Very disappointed in her service and never want to deal with her again.
Recently attended the viewing and funeral of my uncle who was a veteran. I was very impressed with everything. Some family and friends sent plants and other items for family to take home and they didn't even have to go to the funeral home to pick them up after the service. Bauer delivered the items to the residents. I was very impressed. They even had a flower and gift shop. I could continue on and on but I'm not.
I can go on forever about the care, dedication and professionalism our family received from Baue. During the worst time of our life, our director and staff were unbelievable. They went above & beyond. My family & I are so thankful. Thank you Baue.
I believe Brenda Suit, possibly with the backing of other staff members, and possibly Baue's attorney, Daniel Barklage, lied to law enforcement out of retaliation to a complaint I filed with a federal agency, resulting in my arrest, being put on a 24 hour hold, and my subsequent release, exonerated of the possible charge. On another occasion, staff frowned upon my friend's son wanting to pray in a grief support group, so she pulled him out of the group. Thus, given both of our experiences with Baue,, I would not recommend them. They're wolves in sheep's clothing in my opinion.
Our family was 100% satisfied with Baue St. Peter's help with our mother's funeral. Everything was exactly to her prearranged specifications and our final touches were adhered to with perfection. Dustin and Alexis were total professionals. Would use again without hesitation.
