Was forced to sign up with the SOHO shop through my builder last year. They are absolutely the worst technology company that I have dealt with. The Control4 system they install is garbage. When your internet or media hub goes out good look getting them out to fix anything. ESPECIALLY in the evenings or on the weekend. They take days to return phone calls. Sometimes they never return them and you have to continue to bother them. If you are not technologically savvy you SHOULD avoid signing up for their services. They claim that they have after hours and weekend techs. I have on multiple occasions attempted to get a hold of one of these tech and have never been able to even speak to anyone. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
