Manager helped track down more inventory of an item at another store where I was then able to pick up at the front.
Do not come here for any of your printing needs, they are very unprofessional! So many unhappy customers at the checkout & I stood there for over 1/2 an hour for Adam who is labeled “Print Supervisor” to be very unprofessional and throw his keyboard around to tell me he could not help me. Very very rude, I also shop here a lot of all our office needs and I guarantee you I will never be back and will advise everyone I know the same!
Dear copy center lady with the dark brown curly hair. Eclipse day 2017. You spoke so rudely to my husband and I and all we wanted to do was make copies. I was having such a good day and you talked to us like we were idiots and really just made me feel horrible. I have had people be ignorant to me before but just the plain flat out way you looked disgusted when we asked you a question was so uncalled for and sick. I don't know if your unhappy in life or that your dreams of moving up in office max management have stalled, but either way taking it out on the customers will solve non of it. Perhaps go for a jog or maybe try yoga. Whatever it takes for you not to despise people walking into your store I support it. Please seek help. I'll go to the library for copies from now on, I don't wanna upset your day ever again.

Went inside the store to price match & use my coupon the manager on duty (black guy) told me they updated their policy & don't accept competitors coupons I kept telling him to show me the policy but he came out with the original policy that stated they do accept competitors coupons, this store is full of horse
