This place is nothing but a hassle. Havent had USE CAR as they say for a month and ive had problems with it not starting. Then i speak with someone they inform me that it will get takin care of and blah blah blah they will work with me but when it comes down to it everything is a problem and lies were told jist to put a smile on my face to get pissed off. They wanting nothing but money whether if your having problems or not. You get told a million different things between at least 3 different people in same office. I advise to record conversations when speakibg with someone. They dont understand even if u pay 500 plus a month for this vehicle and lost out on work because of this car they still want money no working with you. Ive had to raise nothing but hell for an understanding. Yes thats why i came to planet because of the good words ive heard but its a different story once they start getting your money. They dont understand I NEED MY CAR I NEED A PAY CHECK TO PAY FOR MY CAR PLUS OTHER BILLS....ON TOP OF THAT TAKING OFF WORK DUE TO THIS CAR AND HAVING IT TO GET FIXED thats still not fixed smf....AND DID I MENTION IT HASNT EVEN BEEN A WHOLE MONTH IVE HAD THIS CAR....yea i can take it back but thats not an option right now.
6 months ago I fell on hard times, and needed a car. Every bank in St Louis rejected my credit applications, and this place said yes in about 15 minutes.
I love them, they treat me awesome especially Mr. J. If you keep up with your payments and actually take care of your rental you'll be in great shape. Although I have a older car I plan on upgrading my car within the next month and they're very nice about it. I'm actually glad I went here and very happy with the customer service, the monthly payments I make and just the company in general. If you want a cheap busted down car with poor customer service and to drive off the lot without any car insurance this is the wrong place for you! You want quantity then this is a good place.

The car I got was a nice car, newer model, low miles, and pretty sharp looking too! I had zero problems with this car, other than it was a stick, and that's just not my preference. I kept the car for 6 months, made my payments on time, and upgraded to a different car last week.... again, no hassle, told them what I wanted, switched the insurance, and paid the origination fee and drove off. Three days later, this is where I got scared. I was leaving work when the car wouldn't move forward, it was clear the transmission went out. I called them the next morning, explained the situation, and within an hour I was in a different vehicle. They didn't beat around the bush, they didn't collect extra money, just took care of the problem quickly and efficiently.
Keep in mind others experiences because it could become yours too.
