My car needed repairs and the insurance booked me a rental through Enterprise. I spoke with an Enterprise employee on the phone and told them I would be dropping the car off on Saturday. I asked what time would work best for them. He specifically told me 12:15. I verified what number to call. So I got to the repair shop, called the number he told me to call at 12:15, and got a recording saying their office closed at noon. Thank God I hadn't put my key in the drop box at the repair shop or I would have been stranded.
Very cramed and crowed location. Excellent service tough. I was in and out in 5 minutes.
Excellent service, check ins, and staff is great. Also, this Enterprise allows customers to rent cars with a debit card and piece of mail reflecting current address. Call them to ask for details. Other Enterprises require a true credit card.
If I could give this place a lower score I would. Dylan, David, Derick are the worst. They give you some different stipulation everytime you try to rent a car. Went up there and was told my 18 year old could absolutely rent a car. Went back up there and she could not rent because she was not 25. Get your details and procedures together guys. I will never go to Enterprise AGAIN!!!!!!!!
Loved th car!! I didn’t like how customer service tells you one thing and then the actual site has different rules. Also I don’t like how I turned in the car on the same day scheduled and was still charged for the next day. Then later I was told we use 24 hour billing cycle. Need better customer service.
