They called my Rolex I wanted to get a loan on fake. That was very insulting. Called later and spoke to Owner. Probably a good guy and it's not his fault he was not there, but they could use lots of customer service training. Calling someone's jewelry fake is just as disrespectful as it gets. Especially when a second person comes from behind (owners daughter) and said the same thing when she wasn't even in close proximity. My watch is a real GMT Master II, and I wanted to get a loan to make my employees payroll. I am new to how pawn shops operate. For a first experience, I can see why they have such a bad reputation.
