St. Charles River front park. Near the brick roads of Main Street. This park is well taken care of and holds many events throughout the year, including; Little Hills Festival, food truck events, October Fest, and more.

We spent late Saturday afternoon here. It's a beautiful place just to walk around. We visited Trailhead Brewing Company and it was excellent! We stopped in a cute little boutique right down the street called Finishing Touches by Charlotte--she was very sweet and welcoming! I give a 4 star because most of the shops were closed by supper time and we were disappointed for that one reason.

This park has great events like the Festival of the Little Hills, the Scottish Festival, etc and is a nice place to sit and watch the river.

Frontier Park is a nice escape from the hustle of main street. Walk out on the barge, check out a trail, head to a museum or just stroll along the Katy trail.

Great place for a day in the park, for kids, pets, adults and health buffs, with wide open spaces, restrooms and nice biking/jogging paths. For dining and shopping, nearby Main Street offers a wide variety. It's a feast for the eyes and very pleasant and cozy day's experience

Nice park with views of the Missouri River and the Katy trail running through it. Location of several festivals through the year. There are not any baseball or soccer fields if that's what you are looking for. Not currently any playgrounds either as of this writing (2017). Kids often enjoy the old train station, Lewis and Clark statute, and caboose(s) on the old tracks.

The north end of the park has public bathrooms, I think there may be some on the south side too. This park has trees and picnic tables scattered throughout. There is a stage where I've seen free bands at events. Sometimes I see people in wedding clothes at the park. Parking can be an issue at large events. Another issue I've dealt with is people buying beer inside the part and wanting to leave the park to go to another part of the event (Which also sells beer) be careful if you plan to leave the park with a beer, some may tell you not to, make sure you are nice to that person Exspecially if they are an officer, the gate guards get mean fast and don't joke around. (They probably need more breaks from dealling with drunk people) or just to have some one chill, that doesn't lose their temper.

MO state park Katy Trail cuts through this park near the road. There are two train cars and an old train depot in the park.
