The area has very steep grades and parking is difficult for those with physical limitations.
Second Street has a two hour parking time limit and there are not many spot.
Had to drive around to find a parking spot. I was greeted inside and asked to sign in. A lady issued a visitor pass, and gave me directions to the St. Charles Road Show, (that's the event I was there to see).
Nobody is in a hurry to help to you here. Had to call 3 different phone numbers 3 timese each before someone would answer one of them. Then they told me to call the number i had been calling. What a joke!
