If i could give a zero star i would. My cousin (whom is going through a divorce) took her ring to get it appraised the owner called her ex husband and give him her ring. That’s stealing. A ring is a gift and the owner stole it from her.

They aren't pushy and they aren't just there to make a sale (like you might find at chain jewelry store, like Zales, or Kay). They will work hard to find something that you want, and can afford. They are VERY knowledgeable, and very nice. We will only buy jewelry from them from now on. I'm was VERY pleased with everything we bought from them, and their service!
