I am very pleased with my experience with Freds.. they looked at my vehicle, even drove it, told me what the problem was, and were completely honest for FREE!! They told me what I needed and refered me to a place who could take care of my problem. I usually dread going to a car place because they generally request 100s of dollars from me and tell me so many things I "need"... Freds is the place to go
A big thank you to Fred, the owner,. I just came in for a quick oil change and he went over and beyond. My mom is suffering with Alzheimer's and is on hospice right now. We got to talking about it and before you knew it, he was treating me to a nice lunch at Big A"s.

I absolutely love Fred's! I'm a college student who knows nothing about cars, but I needed to get my oil changed. I decided on Fred's because it was close and I had a coupon. When I arrived, I was greeted with such generosity. Chris was working the front and could possibly be the nicest man ever! We chatted for a bit until my car was done. They told me that students always get discounts and when they even replaced my air filter for free! I highly recommend Fred's, not just for their quality car service, but for their quality people as well.
