Went in to get some things for a new kitchen floor, realized I needed another cart. Went to the entrance to get another one, but, you can't go through entrance to get a cart. You have to walk halfway down there building to the exit, then back through the entrance.
Customer service ladies asked to help and so did the lady that sold us the appliances.
Hope that building never catches fire near the exit.
It's Lowe's and fine for what it is. Assistance is spotty so it's best to go in knowing exactly what you want/need and approximately where it might be located. The guy who checked me out in the garden center today didn't even bag my small items. He just left them sitting on the counter for me to gather up and put back in my cart. While not my usual experience at check out, it was kind of irritating as there were other customers waiting.

The lady in the front forces you to do her job then gets really rude when questioned. Home Depot and Menards is close by. Highly recommend all contractors to use anyone else until she is fired. Will not buy another thing from there from my business again.
