Kroger in an Aldi style business model...nice. Store isn't impressive, but it's clean, has friendly staff, and a lot of great buys. Watch expiration dates; sell by versus use by and expiration dates. I wish they had longer business hours.
Ruler is clean, has good produce. It's pricing is the best compared to 2 other discount stores (Aldi and Save a lot). They also have a very good gf bread, gf pizza, and gf animal crackers. We have been happy with the quality of the items we buy. We do most of our discount grocery shopping here. We still fill in at the other 2 stores mentioned. But overall Ruler get a big thumbs up.
Love the Kroger products. A good place to pick up things in a hurry.
The first time i went in here they forgot to give me my cash back and just a few minutes ago they said they couldn't sell my 43 year old mom a pack of cigarettes .... I know its not good for her but they keep her happy
