We have been dealing with El-Mel for about 18 years. They have always been accomodating and up front with all dealings. Very happy with service. But, since Tom is no longer there, the experience has down-graded some. They have overloaded Carol with excessive amounts of work load and things are still growing to where they were with Tom there. PECAN ACRES PETS will continue to purchase from El-Mel because we just feel good with the way they treat us.

I have been going to El-Mel for over ten years. Always courteous, knowledgable and helpful. They knew what parts I needed to fix my lawn mowers and chainsaws. Good prices. Great staff. Fantastic hometown atmosphere. I tried Lowes and their advice screwed up my lawn. Never again. El-Mel told me what I should have done. So I will keep giving them my business and let them help me get it done the right way, the first time. Less headaches, and more success!!!
