We purchased a used Cal Spa hot tub from an individual about six years ago. I have been fortunate that I was able to set the tub up originally myself. Since then there have been a number of maintenance repairs needed. With Watson’s Parts Dept. help I have been able to replace the needed parts and maintain the hot tub without ever requiring a service call!

Cliff was great to work with. He took his time and really listened to what we were looking for and also understood our budget. He even took the time to find us pillows that were on sale and they went great with the outdoor couch we purchased.
After shopping all over town for a plug-and-play hot tub, and returning three times with more questions, we purchased our spa at Watson's. The salespeople were all knowledgeable, and helped each other out, since our original contact went on vacation right before the sale. We couldn't have been happier with the delivery, which was done without complaint and with much instruction and advice. The order came in about a week earlier than expected, and was delivered within 2 days. The next time we're in the market for a leisure product, Watson's will be my go-to.
My wife an I really enjoy going to visit Bob at Watson's, he is very knowledgeable and will do what he can to give you the best price possible. This is a high end store so the items are not cheap... in quality or cost. So we like to visit while they are having big sale days.
Very nice store and lots of cool stuff BUT they didn't treat me great on a spa part I bought from them. I purchased a control panel for my hot tub that lasted roughly 8 months. I could have purchased it online for less than half what Watson's charged AND with a 1 year warranty (they told me warranty on mine was only 3 months). I still like supporting brick and mortar stores but there is a reason online shopping is killing it. Better service and cheaper prices.
