THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! SOMETIME PEOPLE LIKE TO CALL AND MAKE SURE YOU CARRY CERTAIN PRODUCTS BEFORE ARRIVING THERE AND YOU DONT. THE NIGHT SHIFT ESPECIALLY! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE
I had the best experience at Walmart yesterday. Associates Angie & Sandy were very helpful, showed the strength of women, & demonstrated the professionalism that every customer desires but rarely get when shopping anywhere nowadays. Thanks so much!!!
This Wal-Mart is very dangerous. I see people walking around in the parking lot and checking out the cars to see what's available for the picking and the normally travel in groups of 2 or more. And they are watching everything. Don't sit in an unlocked car or with the window down. Keep your purse hidden and keys in the ignition and ready to start. Honk honk honk honk honk honk honk honk your horn as fast as you can and turn headlights on. If your going in to shop I suggest that you carry a crossbody bag, but put your bag over your shoulder first and then put coat on after. This not only hides your bag but it's harder for someone to get it from you. Good luck !
Very long slow lines at the checkout today in St Charles. I watched a supervisor trying to look important playing on his cell phone but I didn't see any additional clerks coming to the front to help check out. Finally I wheeled my mostly full cart over to him and said I didnt have all day to check out. If more people did that it might make them more customer service oriented.
I like the location of this store because there’s a lot of diversity when you walk in and the majority of fellow customers in the area are so nice. However, the employees are not. I asked one of the male managers today while I was there which isle the tobacco isle was and he looked at me like I was asking a ridiculous question and replied with only”16” I said thank you and he didn’t even reply. I have yet to meet an employee here at this location that treats you well. In my opinion you need to train your employees better because not only is doing their job a big part of their responsibilities (obviously) but they should ALWAYS be treating your customers politely, and be smiling when someone smiles at them. They just all act like they don’t want to be there
