Love this car wash! Wish I didn't live in Illinois. I bought the full service wash with the additional seat cleaning. My seats front and back were terribly stained, including grease staining from a spaghetti dish that overturned. Our efforts to clean these seats were a complete failure. Ron and his young helper did a phenomenal job, working on the fabric until the seats looked brand new. I am thrilled! (Finger wag for Lacey, who said she had called me to pick up my car, but no such call was on my phone.) I will be using this car wash any time I am in the area. Thank you for your fine service!
Yes, the staff I interacted with were all pleasant. However, I was dissatisfied with my experience on two fronts: The two college students who worked on detailing my car were obviously intelligent and motivated. However, there was evidently no management supervision of the finished product and when I got home and was able to examine the car more carefully, I did see some areas that were not cleaned.The carpet in the hatchback area was not shampooed.
They did a good job. I will go again.
Love getting my Jeep washed here. They have a great staff that works really hard. They really put a lot of detail into the exteriors. The interior cleaning is hit and miss most times but it's always clean enough for me to not ask for a rewash. My car always looks good when I leave.
Secondly, when they called to say that my car was ready, I asked if it was dry. I was told it was. Not true. When I reached my car all the upholstery was covered with plastic and I was told to take it off when I got home so that the car would not smell moldy. Today, the front floor is still damp. Very disappointing. I am accustomed to detailing services that include the use of an appropriate dryer.
It is an ok car wash. It is overpriced for the level of service provided in my opinion. Where I used to live, there was a much better full service car wash for less and they did a better job. Too often here I would notice lots of missed spots. I used to go here regularly thinking my expectatuons were too high. Later I found better places to go locally.
Last but not least -- I learned that this company does not pay minimum wage because the employees get tips. I have serious questions about where that is legal. It certainly isn't ethical in my books!
