I love this place because it's affordable, and you can always get what you want. They'll recommend hair stylists that specialize in your type of hair, so no matter your ethnicity, ir level of curls there is someone that can handle it. I've been going there for 12 years, and I don't go anywhere else.

I have gone to BW for 12 yrs. This year I decided to get extentions so I was told to see Bob Thomas. I had ext. Placed in April and everything went fine. Those ext. We're taken out in July (they last abt 3.5 months) and I had new one placed in Oct. They are not cheap. Well this time he did a horrible job I did not get what I paid for and he was completely unprofessional.i called the next day to let him know they were completely straight I was to have wavy to match my hair, but they looked like strings hanging out beneath my own waves. I looked like I had a mullet. His response when I called was I'm not going to take the hit for this! The manager Liz was not helpful either she of couse took his side. I immediately went to another salon the manager took video of my hair and wrote a letter describing the horrible job he had done and cut the stringy hair off. Mr Thomas even refused to remove the fusion tips when they could at a future date be safely removed. I had to find someone to take care of that as well. I called my credit card co. to withhold pymt. And with the letter the salon gave me to submit describing the issues with the hair fortunately he did not get to keep my money. I will never go there again and I reported them to the Better Business Bureau as well.
Great place to get a cut, style, but supplies or get a tan.
