Great coffee combinations and breakfast food (bagel & lox). Picasso's is a great place to warm up after a cold morning run. Beautiful view of the cobblestone streets and a sliver of the river. Lots of locals amd friendly staff.
Small, quaint.. bottom line, they simply have better coffee than almost anyone else. You will pay for it. But higher end coffee simply costs more. Get a pour over of something amazing.. it's 4 bucks well spent. Other coffee here can cost less. But if you are here.. go for it. Because you can get cheaper coffee anywhere.. if you want cheaper, try kaldis. They are fine.. You want better.. Picasso
Picasso's has two locations. The other is newer and roomier, but I like the cozy ambience at the main street location. Staff is great, menu is great, there's free WiFi and plenty of places to plug in and set up a laptop, and live music Friday and Saturday evenings. Try it out.
Excellent weekend brunch! Pancakes were delicious and the ciabatta breakfast sandwich was very good too. The bacon was the only item that wasn’t very good - not enough flavor and hard. Would definitely come back though.
Gentleman at the counter was rude. Told us 10-15 min wait. I asked if that was because of what I ordered - would have changed my selection if it was faster because there was a long line. He said "that's the normal wait for a drink" in a tone that implied I was stupid for asking. It was Halloween weekend and they had a long line and they turned like 15 people away because it was getting crowded in the lobby. Then they got our order wrong. Asked twice about which drink had whip cream and put it. On the wrong drink.
